A better way to handle refunds/exchanges

The ability to refund/exchange one or more items within a larger order that will automatically email the customer with the items and amount of refund/exchange and will allow customers and admin to view returned/refunded/exchanged in order history.

    Allow admin. to select from a variety of numbering systems.

    If the RMA module operates the same as the previous design (customer would select to return 3 items, and 3 RMA numbers would be generated), then have an admin. setting option that would allow the RMA module to function where only 1 RMA number would be issued no matter how many different items (from one order) the customer selects for return. Also, only generate 1 e-mail that lists all the items selected for return, instead of an e-mail for each item. [Perhaps the existing operating manner has to do with various Product Return Times, but I would suggest that as many stores would like to operate where the Product Return Times for various items would all be the same (30 days from order date), and inundating the customer with multiple RMA e-mails for one (multiple item) return request does not look professional.]
