  1. Combine orders

    If a customer place 2 or more orders, he should be able to combine it into 1.

    And the admin also can have the same ability

  2. Need packing algorithm that works with X-cart 5.3.4.6

    Need the packing algorithm built into X-cart 5.3.4.6, or at least a module that has it, that works with 5.3.4.6. Need the sizes/shapes/weights of items ordered to be taken into consideration and packaging size decided, when offering shipping methods at checkout. IE: Small, flat pattern by itself only requires flat envelope, but larger item(s) or items shipped together, require box of certain size, etc.

  3. Add a Text Line item to an order - X-Cart 5

    Add an ability to add a text line to an order. In our current e-commerce, we often add text lines to the bottom of our orders. These new text lines are not associated with any specific products.
    We simply place text comments as part of the order such as : "NET TERMS", or "USE CLIENT'S FEDEX ACCT # 123456", or "MANAGER DISCOUNT", etc ...

    Inside the "Order Details" screen, we would like to add a new button next to the "Add Product" button, called "Add Text Line".

    When pressing the "Add Text Line" button, the user will be able to…

  4. Push notifications for orders

    Admin to get push notifications via laptop / phone for new orders. Eliminating e-mail notifications to delete each email which comes in for an order.

  5. Set custom email template for custom order status

    If you define a custom order status, the customer should be notified a specific email depending on the status optionally if active.

    So an order email can have a custom message, rather than just processed or shipped. This might include delivery delay, items on backorder, other, and the email will have the information in the template.

  6. Add custom item on the Order Management page

    This feature allows to add a "Notes" line, or a manual misc item to an existing order under admin area. This feature allow manually customize the invoice. We simply place text comments as part of the order such as : "NET TERMS", or "USE CLIENT'S FEDEX ACCT # 123456", or "MANAGER DISCOUNT", which becomes part of the invoice.

    The feature should allow to set up positive (surcharge), negative (discounts) and zero (free) prices

  7. Возвращать товар на склад при удалении заказа без предварительной отмены.

    На текущий момент на сколько я понял при удалении заказа товар на склад не возвращается.

    Он возвращается при отмене и сохранении заказа.

    Не знаю баг это или так и было запланировано.. Но, как мне кажется, будет правильным, если при удалении заказа без обработки товар так же будет возвращаться на склад.

    Если причины удалить заказ без обработки - могут найтись, то причин не возвращать товар на склад не вижу.

    В противном случае каждый новый 'сотрудник' должен знать такой нюанс, чтобы в случае чего не нарушать (пускай даже временно) остатки физические и на сайте.

  8. Customer satisfaction module limit

    In customer satisfaction module, user gets an email whether they place one order or 40 orders, each time asking for feedback on the transaction.

    An optional (limit 1 per user) option would be ideal as if stores who get many repeat purchases, they will keep receiving a request which may be too many, as it is asking to leave some kind of store feedback

  10. Ability to put order on HOLD

    Sometimes you need customers to verify things prior to shipping but not all customers respond to emails but as soon as you put their order on "HOLD", BAM they contact you straight away!
    PayPal have this feature as an option from the select menu when entering the shipping information.

    When a discount is applied, be it manually or via coupon - show the discounted subtotal.

  13. implement a way to 'archive' orders.

    to quote my customer: "they ALL just remain on the "front page," even after you change the order fulfillment status, so it gets incredibly cumbersome when one has thirty pages of orders to sort through. Seems like there should be a way to categorize a completed order into a separate database and "remove" it from the list of active orders (though still keeping it somewhere safe, should the merchant need to find it again.)"

  15. Allow for zero-quantity Items on an Order - X-Cart 5

    By design you are currently not allowing the quantity of an item on the order edit screen to be 0 on any of the existing items or a new item, or a new text line that is added.
    We would like to allow for that. Allowing an item on the order to be edited and have a zero quantity is crucial in having an ability to create a "Quote" for a client.   17. Country code flag in orders list

    In the order list, there is some very useful information which can help the admin processing orders.

    I suggest the country-code flag icon to appear in the list, this will help in showing where orders are coming in from so that the admin can export depending on the country as different shipping may be required depending on the location. As the country code is already in the orders information it could be assigned using just a GB.png icon for example
